Code of Ethics

                 "Verba volant, scripta manent", that’s why it seemed right to have all the real estate consultants who are part of our organization sign the following code of ethics:

 

 ARTICLE 1

DimorEtica consultants are committed to limiting as much as possible the environmental impact of their activities through the use of technology, the reduction of paper and plastic and the use where possible of non-polluting means.

 ARTICLE 2

DimorEtica consultants are committed to working with all colleagues both inside and outside the agency in the sale of immobles.

 ARTICLE 4

DimorEtica consultants will strictly respect the professional code of ethics of category avoiding any behavior that could cause harm or discredit, to the detriment of other colleagues for mere personal advantage.

 ARTICLE 5

DimorEtica consultants, in carrying out their activities, will avoid in any way publicly criticizing the work of a colleague and also dispensing opinions of any kind on the operations managed by other operators.

 ARTICLE 6

No DimorEtica consultant will mislead any seller, buyer, broker and any other interested party in the transaction, and will avoid using dishonest or fraudulent behavior in the performance of its business.

 ARTICLE 7

DimorEtica consultants will avoid any concealment or misrepresentation of relevant facts relating to any property or transaction and will reveal any positive and/or negative characteristics of the property, known to them and affecting its value and/or intended use. However, DimorEtica Consultants are not required to investigate any hidden defects in the property under negotiation, nor to provide advice on matters outside their competence.

 ARTICLE 8

DimorEtica consultants will not be buyers in any form of a property for which they have the task of selling, without having previously made known their real position to the seller customer. In the case of a sale of a property owned or in respect of which he has an interest, the DimorEtica consultant must immediately inform the buyer. 

 ARTICLE 9

DimorEtica consultants will respect and implement all the points of the marketing plan that the seller customer will subscribe to on their proposal.

 ARTICLE 10

DimorEtica consultants undertake to submit to the seller customer all the purchase offers that will be received to them, as soon as possible and in an objective and impartial manner.

 ARTICLE 11

The DimorEtica consultants must know all the laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, local uses, prescriptions, and procedures concerning the real estate in the territory (city, region, and country) in which they operate, including, also, the law against unfair competition.
